I’m inspired by people who do well by doing good.
To me, gratitude means focusing on what is, rather than what is not. We’re all very blessed, and gratitude means focusing on these blessings, and more importantly, being thankful for them.
I’ve always been an admirer of The Thanks-Giving Foundation. I joined the board of directors in 2015 because I wanted to do something that was important — help bring Thanks-Giving Square back to its original condition. I’ve also dedicated my time and efforts to Habitat for Humanity and Genesis Women’s Shelter.
I work as Senior Counsel at Diamond McCarthy, LLP. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University, earned my JD degree from University of Missouri Columbia School of Law, and hold an LLM from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. I was named a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and received the Dan Rugeley Price Award by the Texas Bar Foundation.
In my spare time, I enjoy barefoot water skiing.
